Hardware requirements:
For automated analysis, you may use EXCELINX data acquisition system software for free.
You need to install a proper driver to run the software (depending on a card you use).
Or you can download excel spread sheet made for data analysis by Alan J. Williams
(You might want to write-protect this software and use save function in macro to save HD space-see protocol)
Warnning: This software does not include a driver to access to the device, therefore you may have to install for data acquisition driver. However, if you use EXCELINX, you can just copy and paste your data and analyze them.
-We recorded data with an interval of 124 msec.
-You can analyze 6 samples at a time by ICruncher.
